what we Do
At Legacy Steel Structures, we help people move through the process of building steel structures with clarity and confidence.
We work alongside homeowners, ranchers, and small business owners to make sure the structure they are planning fits their needs, their property, and their timeline. From early conversations through final setup, we help coordinate details, set expectations, and keep everything moving smoothly. Our role is to be a steady point of contact. Someone who understands the product, the process, and what matters most along the way. When it’s time to build, nothing feels rushed or unclear. You know exactly what you’re getting and why it makes sense.

In Practice
FAQs
- Are you the manufacturer?
Legacy is the customer-facing team guiding scope, options, expectations, and process. Manufacturing strength comes through our partnership with American Steel Carports, while Legacy handles the clarity, coordination, and communication.
- Who do I talk to if I need scheduling or plan updates?
For all questions speak directly with your Legacy sales/support point of contact; he will connect you with our department in charge of scheduling, order status, lead times, and plans.
- What does “engineer-certified” mean in real life?
It means engineered drawings are available (and sometimes required) based on your local code and permit needs; where plans are required, they’re processed through engineering before permitting.
- Do you “price match” or do “ballpark quotes”?
Legacy positions itself around itemized quotes and clear expectations. In practice, Legacy pricing is state/region specific and tied to the correct flyer/region.
- What happens after I approve my quote?
Your flow already shows deposit → submission → production → install when site is ready. For permit-required jobs, plan/permit timing and site readiness control when scheduling truly locks.
- What if I need repairs or warranty help later?
Our Manufacturer’s warranty process requires specific info (contract/order number, install date, photos, etc.) and routes through the repair/warranty department.
